Menstruation happens because of demand but she doesnt have a uterus so its probably just triggering the cramps anyways. Same time im no doctor. It could be a third functioning testicle they forgot to remove for all I know.

Its due to hormones, dumbass, her brain is releasing the normal hormones during periods, but since she was born male she doesnt have a uterus, so she doesnt bleed. Its a basic fucking google search
