@selenasd Ohioans suffered under a similar so-called Heartbeat law for 66 unbearable days last summer. Horrors included th infamous 10–year-old rape victim who couldn’t get abortion care & others’ dangerously delayed miscarriage care. We won a PI, but that relief will likely be short-lived

🎉BREAKING: A judge has granted our request for a preliminary injunction, which will keep Ohio’s 6 week abortion ban blocked indefinitely. Abortion will remain legal in the state of Ohio. This is a MAJOR victory for reproductive freedom.
