@dieworkwear I see. Thank you. Probably more of an issue with other shoes, for instance Puma vs. more roomy Asics, and brands focused on a bigger toe box like Altra and Vivobarefoot.

I don't know what "all day shoes" mean. But I ask because I get this sort of comment often. It reads strangely to me because toes do not sit at the tip of dress shoes. You can see this in the fitting below. In the Japanese bespoke shoe method, a shoemaker will commonly cut the tip of the fitting shoe to see how the customer's feet are sitting inside. The toes are never cramped.
My impression is that people who ask this sort of question are mostly wear sneakers, where the toes sit at the tip of the shoe. Which is why I asked whether you mostly wear sneakers or dress shoes.

@dieworkwear All-day shoes mostly, but it was a revelation to start giving real room for toes, I gotta say. Would be inspiring to find examples of stylish "clown shoes" on your brilliant page. :)

@Knutingsen Det var slik man hadde ønsket alle trollene avsluttet trådene med @kiheger.

@kiheger Underveis tenkte jeg at her mangler bare Jordahl og Hivju.

@Holm5Holm @skrue_onkel starter med dere 😉

Terry Smith is currently the favorite punching bag of the investing world. After a period of underperformance, his "Quality" strategy is under heavy fire.
But if you actually listen to the 2026 AGM, you’ll find one of the most rational voices in the market. While everyone else is drunk on AI hype, he’s soberly dissecting the data.
I’ve handpicked the 7 most thought-provoking slides 👇🏻

@ANDREWKUOKSU They are all serial acquirers, but with different focus areas.
English

I know most of you follow me for $NVO, but for transparency I also share portfolio moves
Today I started a position in $INDT (Indutrade), a Swedish decentralized industrial serial acquirer that buys high quality niche companies
Track record is strong with long term growth in free cash flow per share and disciplined acquisitions with high returns and low leverage
The model is simple, buy strong cash flow businesses, let them run, reinvest, and repeat
It is now trading at its highest free cash flow yield in more than a decade, so I am starting small and will add if it drops further.

@usernavn Was about to buy today but got frustrated at the brokerage cost so not for now atleast 😅
English

@usernavn Just note that the fair P/E is a function of ROIC and ROIIC + growth potential, so P/E will always look extremely expensive

Not even $ISRG is treating compounder bros nicely. Man, it's been difficult the past 2 years to perform reasonably well. My way of navigating all of this is trying to stay true to fundamentals & actually track portfolio value versus intrinsic value, somewhat similar to Nick Sleep
