Use case. The story behind the "No Network" illustration. While we were building SkoolAI, @ademilade__ asked, "What happens if a student uploads past questions for analysis and loses their internet halfway through?" I had spent time designing the happy path, but hadn't thought enough about what happens when things don't go as planned. That question made me realize that products aren't only judged when everything works, They're judged even more when something goes wrong. So instead of a generic error message, I designed an experience that reassures the user, explains what's happening, and gives them a clear next step. It might look like a small edge case, but moments like this are where trust is built or lost. Some of the best product decisions don't come from asking, "What else should we build?" They come from asking, "What happens when this breaks? Load in 4k.
