What is real happiness? How do we escape illusion, desire, and ignorance? — were already discovered thousands of years ago by India’s greatest thinkers? @IngrahamAngle Can you post data, how many “Americans” are educated in technology and jobless? I genuinely want to see if foreign workers are problem or companies who is hiring them are problem or law makers who created laws are problem.

This year’s H-1B season is wrapping up, and we’re seeing great results from @POTUS’ new policies that prioritize America First! Stay tuned for more updates, but here’s what we’re seeing so far: ✅More top talent: We’re approving more applicants with advanced degrees and higher salaries—especially those who studied at U.S. universities. An overwhelming 71.5% of selected aliens hold a U.S. master’s degree or higher, compared to 57% last year. ✅Stronger workforce: These skilled workers are making a real impact on our economy and we’re closing the door on the low-wage and low-skilled foreign labor pipeline approved under Biden administration policies. This year, only 17.7% of all selected registrations were in the lowest wage category. ✅Restoring integrity: The number of properly submitted registrations plummeted by 38.5%, from 343,981 in fiscal year 2026 to just 211,600 in fiscal year 2027. This data is a clear sign that the days of abusing the program with mass, low-wage registrations are over, and that the program is better serving its intended purpose of attracting highly skilled foreign workers and protecting the wages, working conditions, and job opportunities of American workers. More details coming soon!

Not true. I tried generating a realistic image from 6th century India for a documentary series and I was hit with. Content moderation so many times because the clothing apparently is inappropriate. Then @grok gave me alternative prompt which also got the content moderation tag. 😊

I got this when I asked what is the timeline of Mahabharat on Grok. While I agree with your reasoning and getting the truth out, I think the standard question that people ask will get this kind of answer. This is what I meant by traditional view. - The **Mahabharata** (specifically the Kurukshetra War at its core) has no single universally accepted historical date. Scholars, astronomers, historians, and traditional sources propose widely varying timelines, ranging from around **5561 BCE** to as late as ~900 BCE (or even later for the final composition of the epic text itself). ### Traditional / Popular Hindu Chronology (Most Widely Referenced) In traditional Hindu accounts (backed by Puranas, astronomical texts like **Surya Siddhanta**, and calculations from **Aryabhata** in the 5th century CE): - The **Kali Yuga** is said to have begun in **3102 BCE** (specifically mid-February 3102 BCE, often tied to Krishna's departure from earth). - The Mahabharata war occurred **~35–36 years earlier**, placing it around **3138–3137 BCE** or very close variants like **3136 BCE**, **3162 BCE**, or **3143 BCE**. This is the most commonly cited "traditional" date in Indian calendars, Panchangas, and many cultural/religious contexts. Many Indian researchers using planetarium software and textual descriptions of planetary positions, eclipses, and nakshatras (e.g., Saturn near Rohini, specific eclipse pairs, Arundhati-Vasishtha observation) arrive at dates clustered around **~3067 BCE** to **3162 BCE**. ### Scholarly / Academic / Archaeological Estimates Mainstream historians and Indologists (Western and some Indian scholars) generally view the Mahabharata as an epic with layers added over centuries, not a precise historical record. They date: - The events (if historical) to the late Vedic / early Iron Age period, roughly **~1200–800 BCE** (linked to Painted Grey Ware culture and the Kuru kingdom's prominence). - Some archaeological correlations (e.g., B.B. Lal, John Keay) suggest around **~950–836 BCE**. - The written epic's composition/compilation mostly between **~400 BCE and 400 CE**, with core parts possibly from ~8th–3rd century BCE. More extreme archaeoastronomy proposals go much earlier (e.g., **5561 BCE** by some researchers matching certain planetary configurations), but these are debated and often critiqued for selective interpretation of verses or software limitations over such long timescales. ### Summary of Major Proposed Dates - **~5561 BCE**: Some archaeoastronomy claims (e.g., certain planetary retrogrades and seasonal alignments). - **~3162–3067 BCE**: Dominant traditional + many planetarium-based studies (most popular in India today). - **~1200–900 BCE**: Mainstream historical/archaeological range. - **Later**: For final text redaction (not the war itself). There is **no scholarly consensus**—dates differ by thousands of years because they depend on which evidence is prioritized (textual astronomy vs. archaeology vs. Puranic genealogies vs. linguistics). The ~3100 BCE range remains the most culturally influential and frequently quoted in Hindu tradition. If you're asking from a specific perspective (e.g., purely traditional, astronomical, or archaeological), feel free to clarify!
