Would rather have scare cases of "incompetent" retired players coaching teams rather than an a field that prioritizes male men's football coaching rejects over actually giving accessible pathways & good training for female coaches

@whotfamiiiiiii I mean the problem I have with this, is that it will prioritize richer federations. I mean for example our national team coach is first woman with UEFA A licence. Of course more will follow her steps but we need time

Every women’s team will have to include at least two women as staff members on the bench — with one of them being either the head coach or assistant coach — as part of new regulations FIFA has agreed to introduce. @usrvokmob This ruling actually hurts developing nations like Morocco/Nigeria as they will either have spend unnecessary money on getting an assistant or have to employ substandard european women managers which doesn't help them raise the game either.
