I think the Boards of our cultural institutions have been too quiet and timid in this crisis The public advocacy has mostly come from freelancers and organisational staff at all levels. We should encourage them to shout out louder for us now... they have real clout

It is worrying to see no wider conversations held between dance artists in Wales about strategies and practicalities of how the sector will look like and can function and survive after the restrictions have eased. Other arts forms - yes, but dance sector is silent.
