Regardless of record, there are a few things you want to accomplish in year one under a new coach: establish a culture, identify some players to build around, get the fanbase excited. Utah struck out on all of those this year. Doesn't mean Utah can't turn it around, but....woof.

Lots of fantastic suggestions below. My transfer fix: 1. Signing as a high school recruit binds you to the school for at least two years, preferably three. 2. Only one transfer without sitting out & that must be to new conference, otherwise you sit a year. 3. 5 years to play 4

Regarding Harlan’s Moa tweet: Whether people agree w/it or not, someone important at Utah needed to say something publicly. Maybe saying “props” to him isn’t the right word, but Ute fans have been enraged over what’s going on. Questions are warranted w/the perceived red flags.

You have gotten your 2-4th options on coordinators and position coaches. You can’t afford Buy outs. You lost your best coverage D. And are on a 3 game losing streak to your rival. Situation B: You lost 1 coordinator and 1 position coach. All your stars are coming back on both sides. You have a vet head coach. Great news coming out of the portal. 3 game winning streak vs your rival. Oh and the uniforms ARE the best 😆

I travel a lot, and SLC Airport has to be the worst airport on the West Coast. Baggage is a wreck, the B terminal is useless, and TSA is poorly configured.
