@bobbyhill48 @WallStreetApes Agreed. I think the scale actually said 4.74oz before the pad was added. These pads weigh about 5 g or 0.17 oz. The water that has leached out of the meat into the pad is the bulk of that 3.5 oz deficit. This is totally normal.
