One of my favourite moments in football. Blackpool v Southend, just after their takeover. The most incredible atmosphere, 30 mins before kick off to the final whistle. I pray us Shrimpers can have our moment like this. Great clubs like ours, Reading, Scunthorpe etc deserve better

You might be a fan of another club thinking, well it can’t happen to us. But be wary, without change, nearly all clubs are at some risk to an owner who systematically takes the club backwards. Football has an ownership problem, and football needs change.

Sad to see a good club like Scunthorpe going through situations we all know too well. Don’t give up hope, Scunny fans! Keep fighting and the fans will win eventually 👊🏼 BFC fans right behind you all

@wondermanduke @ibbotsa I don’t disagree with what he is saying - and he’s totally within his right to stand up for himself - it’s more the timing and what they are actually trying to achieve.

@utmp_ @ibbotsa Whilst I agree with what you’re saying, you could also say we as fans should start getting a thicker shell if/when he comes out with a status that defends himself and tells us some of the criticism is unjust 🤷🏻‍♂️🍊.

Struggling to see the benefits of this statement, especially after the highs of Saturday. If Sadler is to be here long-term, he will need to stop being so sensitive to the loud 5%, or risk losing the 95% who have his full support.
