@aDatingDad Last year at 45. I made it my mission. I grew tired of it. I'm a good person and I rest my head at night knowing that. If someone else can't see that or find my value, no need to seek their validation.

@aDatingDad @Rachelle_Hulme Best way to approach it. I'm in human resources, and I would never suggest that. The cost of onboarding an employee can be very expensive & it's wasteful if you know you're not going to be there for a good duration. It's best that you just don't take the job and continue to look

@Nightrangergirl At those ages, yes. It's important to have honesty, maybe not go into specific details, but definitely sharing certain things regarding addiction & recovery is important, especially since they are more susceptible. I'm the daughter of an alcoholic and I'm honest with my 13 yo.

Ok my sober peeps…I have 3 teen boys, 19,17, and 15. They know my struggle with alcohol because they’ve seen it. Is it appropriate to inform them I’m going to meetings and any progress in my battle?

18 started a (mostly) full time job and today was her first 8 hour shift. She came home looking like her soul was sucked out of her body 😂

@AllAboutPokeCA Isn't it a little deceptive that your menu does not show charges for items? I have to be told by a worker that there's an additional charge if you want 3 vs. 2 sides. When I asked where the charge notification was they said it's not up there we just tell you 🤦‍♀️
