@UC_Assist I chose Urban Company for the service excellence. Rescheduling at the last minute without even notifying is not good service. This has made me lose faith in the brand. Please don't advertise 2 day installation, if you can't honour it

@urbancompany_UC I had ordered your Native purifier last week. Though it was delivered the same day, the installation has been rescheduled twice without notice. I have changed my work hours. your times twice. Your bot chat doesn't even allow to me to speak to a person.

@kamatanay When you choose someone in an interview, you are making a bet that they will fit. For experienced folks it’s easier to make that bet. For fresh grads it is hard, especially at the scale of Infy.

If the candidates are given offer after following the hiring process and yet they fail internal assessments, then there is something wrong with hiring process. If driver does not know how to drive, then we don’t punish the passengers right?

@tanayseven @kamatanay I can’t disagree that npm has major problems. It makes the argument stronger. Npm is successful despite issues because a critical mass of people have adopted it. Switching stacks is hard

@uttamkini @kamatanay And sometimes it's the other way round. Ecosystem causes more problem than good. NPM ecosystem is a really good example of it.

Any language can make developers unhappy when it's used outside the purpose it was designed for. When compared to C/Java/Ruby python is easier, but as of today it's neither simplest nor easiest language to have.

@rapidobikeapp a can driver told me that if you want clean and sir conditioned cabs use uber. Why are you onboarding with a such a low stance. Do you want to position as a poor service?
