Just not understanding how the majority of comments on X and Instagram are from people saying they had payout requests and still no email communication. And no comments of anyone say in they received their reward?

I dont know more, there are chances for more data but as I have mentioned before, the people who were meant to maintain the server costs failed on various fronts.

I just think it should be balanced with the fact that there hasn’t been official updates based on the timelines presented back when - even if things are going to take longer than expected.

they are straight forward in their value yes. The current delays are vendor related. Restarting a suspended/attacked company is extremely difficult, doesn't matter where you go the compliance questions are always excessive and even then, skepticism. Lawyers must be used and they take a long time because lawyers get paid by the hour :)
