Panipat, Haryana. Rajesh (46) and his wife Suman (44) from Nara village consumed poison and took their own lives after daily harassment by their daughter-in-law Sneha and her family. Sneha used to wear short clothes, go to bars and pubs and make reels. Rajesh and Suman often opposed her lifestyle and asked her to dress according to the village environment, which led to regular fights inside the house. Sneha physically abused Suman multiple times and threatened the elderly couple. They said their only son, Ashish, always supported his wife and never stood with his parents. Rajesh’s brother claimed the couple had become mentally broken after months of humiliation, harassment, and family disputes following Ashish and Sneha’s love marriage in January 2025. Police registered a case against Sneha, her mother, father, and sister for abetment to suicide. Feminist girls were laughing at the deaths of Rajesh and Suman in Instagram comments. Never marry a girl who does mujra on Instagram. Also, shame on the son whose parents gave him everything, but he became a simp for his wife. Why do girls love doing mujra so much?

जाति और जाति का नकली श्रेष्ठता बोध व्यक्ति या समाज को किस कदर हैवानियत पर उतार सकता है, इसका एक उदाहरण है, 9 मई 1980 का कफल्टा कांड या कहिये कि नरसंहार. दलित के बारात में घोड़े चढ़ने से शुरू हुआ विवाद 14 लोगों को जिंदा जलाए जाने के बाद ही थम सका. उस आग में सिर्फ 14 लोग ही नहीं जले, मनुष्यता ही भस्म हो गयी. उत्तराखंड का समाज सवर्ण बाहुल्य है और आम तौर पर लोग कहते हैं कि यहां जातीय भेदभाव नहीं है. जो जन्मना तथाकथित तौर पर उच्च हैं, उनसे तो कहीं भी भेदभाव नहीं होता है. जो पैदा होने भर से जाति के आधार पर निचले पायदान पर धकेल दिये गए, उनसे पूछिये- भेदभाव होता है कि नहीं ! तब पता चलेगा कि कुछ को पैदा होते ही कितने विशेषाधिकार मिले और कुछ के हिस्से में बिना किसी अपराध के भी सिर्फ जन्म के आधार पर कितनी क्रूरता और जलालत आई. कफल्टा से यह सिलसिला रुका नहीं बल्कि जातीय भेदभाव समय- समय पर नित नए छोटे- बड़े कफल्टा रचता रहता है ! जाति के ज़हर से मुक्ति पाए बगैर समाज आगे नहीं बढ़ सकता. और यह जान लीजिये कि धर्म के कांधे पर सवार हो कर फलने- फूलने वाली राजनीति मजबूत होगी तो जातीय भेदभाव का जहर भी समाज की नस- नाड़ियों में और गहरे पैबस्त होगा.

@shivbhatt ये काम सरकार का नहीं समाज का है। गढ़वाल–कुमाऊं की बर्बादी का एक कारण ये भी है कि समृद्ध और प्रशिष्ठित लोगों ने पहाड़ों से और अपने समाज के भविष्य बच्चों से मुंह मोड़ लिया, उनकी कोई सुध नहीं ली। राजनीति होती रहेगी, असली मकसद अपने समाज के बच्चों का भविष्य सुरक्षित करना होना चाहिए।

कल चंपावत वाला मामला सुना तो मन दुख और गुस्से से भर गया था कि ऐसा जघन्य अपराध कैसे हो सकता है, आज पुलिस का खुलासा सुना तो फिर से दिमाग हिल गया, बस यही समझ आया कि गरीब होना बहुत बुरा है और गरीबी में बीमारी लगने से अच्छा मरना सही है।

चंपावत दुष्कर्म मामले में पुलिस ने दावा करते हुए कहा है कि जांच में एक सुनियोजित साजिश का खुलासा हुआ है। पुलिस के अनुसार नाबालिग को बहला-फुसलाकर बदले की भावना से पूरा घटनाक्रम रचा गया। पुलिस का कहना है कि वैज्ञानिक, तकनीकी और फॉरेंसिक जांच में नामजद आरोपियों की घटना स्थल पर मौजूदगी नहीं मिली, जबकि मेडिकल जांच में भी जबरदस्ती या संघर्ष के स्पष्ट संकेत नहीं पाए गए। पुलिस ने बताया कि मामले में डिजिटल और तकनीकी साक्ष्यों के आधार पर जांच जारी है और यदि आरोप मनगढ़ंत पाए गए तो संबंधित लोगों के खिलाफ भी कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी। Image For Representation Only

चंपावत में नाबालिग से कथित सामूहिक दुष्कर्म के मामले ने क्षेत्र में पहले से ही तनाव और आक्रोश बना हुआ था, वहीं अब एक स्थानीय युवक कमल रावत का वीडियो सामने आने के बाद मामला और चर्चा में आ गया है। वीडियो में कमल रावत ने आरोप लगाया है कि पीड़िता पक्ष पर केस में समझौता करने का दबाव बनाया जा रहा है। उनका दावा है कि परिवार को ₹50 लाख लेकर समझौते और धारा 164 के तहत दिए जाने वाले बयान बदलने के लिए प्रभावित करने की कोशिश की जा रही है। कमल रावत ने यह भी आरोप लगाया कि पीड़िता के पिता को कथित रूप से “गायब” कर दिया गया है और परिवार मानसिक दबाव में है।
