To Epic Games We appreciate your continued efforts and support for the community, as well as your commitment to improving the player experience. However, we are currently facing a major issue on Middle East servers, with ping reaching 150+ for several days without any update or resolution. The Play-In tournament is in 3 days and cannot be held under these conditions either an immediate fix is provided or the tournament should be postponed to ensure fair competition. We also have the Saudi League, and it is not possible to compete under this level of ping. We want to play under fair conditions like other regions, and we request temporarily relocating the servers to Riyadh until the issue is resolved.
