I don’t say this enough, but shoutout to the people who consistently like, comment, repost, and engage with my posts. Most people underestimate how powerful that support is. But if you’ve ever tried building on CT, you know the truth. Every like pushes a post a little further. Every reply starts a conversation. Every repost introduces your ideas to a new audience. That’s how accounts grow. Behind every “big account” is a small group of people who kept showing up early. The silent supporters. The day-one readers. The people who engage even when the post isn’t trending. I notice it. I respect it. And I’m grateful for it. Building on CT is a long game. Some days posts fly, some days they flop. But the people who consistently support make the grind worth it. So if you’ve ever liked, commented, bookmarked, or reposted anything I’ve shared here… I appreciate you more than you think. We’re all building something. And the real ones always show up 🤝

This is the craziest shii that I face rn. No matter the value I have, I'll be second guessed cause of followers count. And the crazy shii is that I've solo pushed 3 projects as a marketter. Co pushed about 4 and ran CTOs with 4 projects where one of the CTO rugged and I paid everyone I shilled to, totalling about $250 minus my own monetary push then cause I didn't want to spoil the trust I was still building at that time. This is excepting project lead roles or management or advisory roles. And all these were without an X account. Now, I have an X account and I've lost 4 gigs btw November and January cause I was clearly told I don't have convincing amount of followers. Out of these 4, I lost two in January back to back. Losing marketting gigs cause of follower count is fair, I see it as a reminder that I have work to do(for my account size). But me getting on a call, and Dev mentioned follower count about 5 times on the call, he later agreed then the next day...a 5k account messaged the Dev and I lost it clearly cause of the follower P. He told the Dev to relaunch, Dev relaunched and the token sits at 4k with ath of 6.k rn. He's a Nigerian jobber too and that Dev is a hardworker irl. Now what would he(the Dev) think about us in general now. I had to focus on Degen and my grind community throughout February cause I needed to clear my head off the gbafest I faced. It's crazy how just followers mean much more to these Devs. Funny how I'm not even gonna talk about how I've lost gigs to those other botted 100k accounts. We've been told to lead with value many times but that same value will be exchanged for numbers at the slightest chance possible. Crazy ecosystem fr.

Your so-called CTNG Web 3 Marketers and KOLs are just jokers, baby goats and lazy MFs. I said it before, people thought I was a hater or jealous but in reality... I spoke the truth! One of the main reasons why this keeps happening and projects fail is because... THEY KEEP GOING FOR NUMBERS THAN ACTUAL VALUE! When is it going to end? • Thousands of dollars lost. • Reputations tarnished. • Geographical stigma, activated. And it's pitiful, not to us (actual Marketers and KOLs) but to the founders/DEVs themselves. "Oh, he has 22k followers, won how many (botted) awards, claims to be (what)" - let's hire him. You do, then after he DAN-ETH's you, you tag "All Africans/Nigerians - Scammers". You're either raving mad or a baby goat; I won't be shocked if you're an Arsenal fan. People who actually know what Marketing/KOLship is in this (CTNG) space aren't up to 15. The rest of them? (Give them a name yourself). I wrote a piece a few days back, telling y'all the format people use these days. The moment they host a banger space, they automatically become "Bad a** Marketers" Whereas, the main reason why the space became a banger was probably: A space about cruise/calling our people or a giveaway space... Without it, your motion boy ain't got no motion but lotion (somebody stop me 😂). How long will these founders stop judging IMPACT/NUMBERS by spaces? • Focus on past work (actual past work); low views but hard comments and replies from the KOL/Marketer. • Focus on how long he/she repeatedly posted about a project (that shows consistency and willingness to push). • Try reaching out to those projects and find out if they were satisfied. There are lot of smart and sensible decisions to make; but founders these days are dumb ASF. I wrote an article yesterday saying: "Everyone wasn't born smart but everyone was born sensible" It takes an extra effort to be smart, it takes natural ability to be sensible. But some DEVs/Founders are not sensible (it's almost like they turned off their brain at Preschool). What hurts me the most is... They come in contact with the bad guys first. Then Tada, you (who knows what to do) automatically becomes like them- that's the stigma talking. A founder and I texted over the last weeks, found out he believes I'm like the other Marketers/KOLs he worked with. Why? "I'm Nigerian and his last encounter with Nigerians weren't so good, so automatically I'm a bad guy" At some point I don't even blame the scammers, because you reached out to them. Why? Motion boys! Numbers kings! That's how you'd read well in numbers but suffer in actual use case. Where FOUNDERS ruin things themselves is "They give deadlines" instead of allowing the "Marketers give themselves" Like Ni**a just shut up and let him do his job, giving ultimatums in a sector like ours always turns out bad. I didn't start Web 3 as a Marketer and now that I do something like that, I don't give deadlines. Why? You never know what might happen the instant you get paid. • Your device might get stolen. • Your wallet drained. • Your X suspended etc. • Market crash etc. • Something worse. That's why I reject gigs I don't feel comfortable with even though the pay entices me. And that's why you will never find (@K_darrell0x1 , @TheLordVibeZ , @TeaonaX , @ReignOnchained , @ruleonx ) or any of my friends dragged for scams for marketing gigs. I started as a community manager but loved talking about projects that I manage and that was what led me into the marketing scene. I don't have too many POWs because I don't bot or fake it. But if we reach a compromise and I don't deliver within (a reasonable) set of time - without results? Then and only then have I failed, and if I don't refund? What differentiates me from a DAN-ETH? Well, I just ranted without calling actual names of people who don't deserve the credits they get... Because, what do I know? BTW, Arsenal should be a Memecoin fr.

When many newbies come in, engagement usually spikes because everyone is curious, asking questions, liking, commenting, trying to be part of the space. But after some time, a lot of them realize it’s not working for them or they get bored, so they leave or go quiet. That 📍👇

Look forget all this BS they keep feeding you about skills and trading, most of them are not even using the so called skills or trading. They are silently still at the forefront of airdrops cause they know it is still one of the best way to rack up bands. Are airdrops harder? Hell yea, but is it over? Hell no, people will still print and dunk on your face lmao. Take a step back, identify projects you think are worth your while and chase them the way gala sellers chase their customers. If you like follow them and be doing “airdrops are dead” Maybe skills and jobs just to get by, but you want life changing bands from 0 that will help you change your life? Walai higher odds is airdrops lmao

there's been some solid detective work on my side of the timeline lately. a couple of wallet drains and the culprits got caught. now people are out here singing the praises of transparent blockchains. the popular argument goes “if this had happened on a private chain, these people would have walked away clean” and yeah, the transparency helped catch them, i'll give it that. but nobody stopped to ask the more important question: would any of this have happened on a private chain in the first place? the wallets still got drained. transparency was sitting right there the whole time and nobody's funds were protected. so what y'all are actually celebrating is the ability to investigate a crime that already happened. that sounds like damage control to me, not protection. now, the part most people never stop to think about. those scammers didn't just wake up and randomly pick a wallet. they did their homework first. and on a transparent chain, that homework is embarrassingly easy. your balance and transaction history is public. every address you've ever sent to, every token you hold, the pattern in how you move money, all of it sitting there for anyone to read before they make a single move. transparency didn't protect those victims, rather it helped build the case against them before the attack even started. address poisoning works because scammers can study exactly who you send money to and how often, then create a lookalike address and wait for you to send funds to that address again. wrench attacks where someone physically forces you to hand over your funds, start with someone knowing your wallet is worth targeting. that knowledge lives on the public ledger. you cannot be targeted for what nobody can see. the argument that transparency keeps us safe is like saying leaving your front door open is fine because the neighbours will see who robbed you. technically that's true, but you'll agree with me that it's completely backwards, a very dumb thing to do. privacy was and never will be about protecting criminals. it's about removing the information that makes ordinary people easy targets in the first place. anyway, this is exactly why i do the privacy education sessions from time to time. cos the misconceptions around privacy are too serious to ignore. hope you learned something today? do share in the comments.

3 hours plus of premium information dished out on DAY 2 of Community Management Internship class, held by @iamveektoria_ the greatest Web3 Educator CT has. Trust me when i say there is a lot to @telegram app than what meets the eye. Only seasoned community managers would understand though. It is of utmost importance to know to arrange a TG group for orderliness. An organized TG group forces users to become organized by nature. This is what was taught in yesterday's class. Why haven't you joined the @growthinweb3 community?

The rich and the poor think about money very differently. If you understand this, you’ll understand why some people stay rich forever.
Iamveektoria.base.eth 🙂‍↔️🌳 ✠@iamveektoria_

When you spread your investment over time in crypto, you are simply DCA-ing. What is DCA? DCA (Dollar Cost Averaging) is an investment strategy where you buy a fixed amount of an asset at regular intervals instead of investing all your money at once. Instead of trying to guess the perfect time to buy, you invest gradually over time. Example: Imagine you want to invest $400 in Bitcoin. → Without DCA, you invest the entire $400 in one day. If the price drops tomorrow, you are immediately at a loss. → With DCA, you spread the investment over time. It looks like: Week 1 → $50 Week 2 → $50 Week 3 → $50 Week 4 → $50 Week 5 → $50 Week 6 → $50 Week 7 → $50 Week 8 → $50 Now your purchases happen at different prices, which reduces the risk of buying at the worst possible time. You can DCA in weeks, days or months, however you see fit. Note: that if the market is in a strong uptrend, investing everything early may sometimes perform better than spreading purchases. However, DCA is popular because it reduces risk and stress. The detailed benefits of DCA → It reduces timing risk: DCA removes the pressure of trying to perfectly time the market. → It reduces emotional investing: DCA creates a structured plan, which prevents emotional decisions. → It smooths your average price: Because you buy at different prices over time, your average entry price becomes more balanced. DCA works best for: → Long-term investors → Volatile markets → People investing consistently from income Key rule of DCA → Invest consistently → Avoid panic selling → Think long term If this was valuable, kindly repost and follow for more educational content.
