@OpenreachHelp Appreciate you taking the time to respond. It's a waste of all parties time. Another of your engineers would visit, tell me the line has no fault, is capable of double the current speed, reset the line and then a few weeks later we start the cycle all over again.

@OpenreachHelp This then lasts for a day or two and then starts the gradual decline back to around 10MB. As you can imagine this has become more and more frustrating month on month. I have no line fault. The issue is in how my line speed is being controlled and this is not by any ISP.

@OpenreachHelp I have given up reporting 'faults' to the various ISP's as it is a waste of all parties time. It simply results in yet another openreach engineer visit and yet again, reports that the line is fine. The engineer will 'reset' the line and it will go up to around 18MB.

@OpenreachHelp Hi Frazer, as mentioned this has been a regular thing over the last few years. The last couple of openreach engineers (both within the last few months) have found no line fault and report my line is good for 20MB (we are fairly rural) my current speed since the weekend, is 9.5MB

@OpenreachHelp How I can get my fibre speed back to the level it was at when it was first installed? Over the last 3 years, the speed of our service has decrease by 50% (3 different providers in this time, double figures with openreach engineer visits) The line has no fault.
