Time has done nothing to ease the pain since my mother’s passing. Her all time favorite artist was Cat Stevens. If I had a guitar in my hand she would gently ask if I’d play Cat Stevens. I can’t bear to hear “Sing Out” now. That song might as well have been written for her.
