@xLogicxl @Realmecore_0 Probably not possible to do remote as a second job in this case but there are plenty that do that. I’ve just always been more into building relationships in person and it’s been my strong suit to drive sales so I wouldn’t personally even want a remote position

I know I heard the base pay is around 56K usually sometimes worse tho. Some jobs you literally have to get “hits” essentially otherwise you don’t eat. Definitely something to look into Would it be possible to do this remote on top of my full-time job? I work 10:30 to 7 overnight do they offer positions remote in the daytime? I don’t even need it to be full-time necessarily But I am trying to push my income Grunt manual labor is not something I wanna do forever

@xLogicxl @Realmecore_0 Never really too late to start either, I worked a boring corporate job for 6 years before I tried sales, in a year and a half I went from entry level to $80k salary plus commission. Just gotta have the ethic to push through all the mess

@xLogicxl @Realmecore_0 Fair enough, definitely not blanket though. I love sales and I’ve never been scummy or pushy about it, and I’ve risen through positions and pay raises very fast by doing it the right way

@xLogicxl @Realmecore_0 If the fit doesn’t work we pull the candidate. They still pay for the hours that were worked but they can either request a new candidate or cancel the project all together, most just request new though

@v7ewz @Realmecore_0 I guess I could see your point of view that seems like a decent job. Seems like you’re providing real value. But I imagine there are scenarios where there’s bad prospects have clients ever asked for a refund or how does that work?

@xLogicxl @Realmecore_0 Well my specific role is tailored to multi tenant units (mostly apartments) and we staff for property managers, maintenance techs, groundskeepers, etc. we pay the candidates, and the company using our services pays an increased rate for the hours.

Why is it so taboo to talk about bro we don’t give a fuck it’s Twitter. You can’t tell me how the pay works per client? does it matter what type of job or career they do like a construction worker versus the doctor do you get more money for the doctor I imagine? Or is it a flat rate?

@xLogicxl @Realmecore_0 No need to dive into specifics, but yes exactly. Solving business needs by presenting solutions is still sales, without being pushy, or scammy. With great pay compensation at that
