@vSash_ I stopped gym a couple months ago and just focused on calorie deficit, I’ll get back into it soon

The concept of calories should be taught in primary school, I guarantee it would halve the amount of children that are obese. I didn’t learn how fat loss works until I was like 15 and there are still so many adults running around saying ‘I eat healthy but still can’t lose weight’
