In lieu of charging for home volleyball events this week-VHS/VMS will be collecting donations to help support our neighbors in Damascus- accepting $ for American Red Cross, Bottled/gallon jugs of water, toiletries, cleaning supplies, non-perishable food items, and diapers/wipes

🚨GAME TIME ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨 Make plans to cheer on your Bearcats as they look to earn a trip to Richmond for a spot in the VHSL Class 2 State Championship game!

JV and Varsity (mandatory) tryouts begin Monday morning 8:00-10! Athletes must have a physical dated after May 1. Bring a water bottle and eat bfast! We recommend running shorts and regular tennis shoes for the conditioning portions. It's officially VB season, Go Bearcats!

VMS Volleyball will be having open gyms at VHS this summer. These are open to Any middle school athlete grades 6-8! The dates for June are 6, 8, 13, 15, 20, 27, 29, 3:30-5:30 each day.

JV open gyms have been moved to Tues and Wed this week at VHS to avoid conflicting with the dance!

Get to VHS in the morning for your physical! Bring cash and be done for next school year!

Cost is only $10! Please try to attend. Current physicals expire July 1!
