This weekend, Virginia American Water supported the 8th Annual Town of Waverly 5k. The Virginia American Water team was delighted to see both the returning and new participants this year. This event is a wonderful celebration of the Waverly community we're honored to serve.

Last week, Virginia American Water hosted our semi-annual adopt-a-highway trash pick-up along Delaney Road in Prince William County. We had 23 volunteers out collecting litter. Our commitment to pick up trash reflects our broader responsibility to environmental stewardship.

This weekend Virginia American Water attended FOTO's river clean up at the Lake Ridge Marina. Our Dale City based team came out to pick up litter around the marina. We are proud to support our communities and support conservation efforts to keep our waterways clean and healthy.

This weekend, Virginia American Water attended the Appomattox River Regional Park 10th Annual 5K Trail Run in Prince George. We’re proud to continue to partner with FOLAR to support conservation efforts for the lower Appomattox River and to raise funds for the Special Olympics.
