@TheBloodyDrongo 2/2... They didn't want to know. Customer service repeatedly treated everyone like shit and as a result, they kept all the hard earned target money the streamers had worked for.
(Speaking from personal experience as well as from speaking to other streamers)

@TheBloodyDrongo See the specific examples I am referring to had nothing to do with that. It was a fuck up on their system. When the issue was highlighted, they responded with "don't worry about it, it'll get sorted after the campaign", and no matter what evidence was presented to them... 1/2

Maybe a hot take idk but SE does not deserve your money imo.
They exist by taking advantage and undervaluing creators and their audiences.
They leech from the industry more than they add and rest assured it will only be a matter of time before they're asking for money again.
