Since returning from school, I’ve been working nonstop. Late nights and constant monitoring have taken their toll. I want to say this: don’t push yourself too hard. When you’ve hit your limit, take a break and try again later. Make time for the people you cherish in your life. I never realised how bad this had gotten for me. If I don’t act now, it will only get worse. I’ve adjusted my schedule to ensure I have enough time for myself and those around me. Moving forward, I won’t take on more than four clients a week. Artists, don’t undervalue and overwork yourselves.
