@CrazyBowBot_ @farcaster_xyz That makes sense - but those signals can still overlap a lot. Some high-value users actually look inactive early on, while some campaign users look engaged at first.Been seeing this across a few Web3 campaigns - easier to show with real examples. Mind if I DM you?

Stop saying capital is my problem instead do this 1. backtest to find what works and what doesn't work for you👨🏽‍💻 2. Repeat what works and avoid what doesn't work😎 3. Write down your rules and follow them✍ 4. Risk same ammount in every trade📱 5. Take journals✍ #trader #web3

Exploring @UnitFlowFinance on Arc Testnet has been a solid grind. Approaching 50 Activity NFTs minted and the ecosystem is heating up. Great way to stay active in the space while hunting for alpha. #Crypto #Testnet

Trophy Road really is retention design done right — monthly resets, visible grind, rewards for just showing up, and that never-ending loop. We help GameFi projects take exactly these systems further by catching early player + wallet behavior signals right after onboarding and turning them into plays that get more people climbing levels and sticking through seasons. What do you think is the #1 thing that makes players keep coming back to a loop like this?

It’s Easter and opportunity for Creators don’t come better than this one guys I like the Trophy Road system, that’s One thing that stands out for me on @ZARGATES the more I spent time on it, the more it clicked this is actually retention design done right you are not just jumping between games you are moving through something that actually connects quests, levels, rewards… it all ties in Around 30 levels each season, with monthly resets……..so the loop never really dies rewards are tied to showing up you play more, you unlock more simple idea………and then the experience part just takes it further the island layout makes it feel more alive somehow………..like you don’t just track progress on a screen you kinda see it as you move through Trophy Road shows your grind Prize Pool keeps rewards in sight Ziggurat Presale just sits there as the bigger goal Jump in: t.me/ZARGatesBot/tw…

This is the real talk 🔥 D7 as the test and D30 as the truth — spot on. Most projects lose people right after they join. We help catch early wallet + behavior signals the moment they connect and turn them into clear plays that actually move D7 and D30 numbers up (who will stay vs who will ghost). What’s the biggest onboarding friction you’re seeing right now that kills D7 the hardest?

Community Metrics Vol 03: Discord | Retention Rate Day seven is the test, day thirty is the truth. If they joined and never came back, you lost them in the booth. Standard: D7 above 40%. D30 above 25%. Below both, your onboarding is not doing its job. #CommunityMetrics #Discord #Web3Community

This is fire 🔥 Most teams chase more users while the real leak is exactly what you said — everything stays transactional. We help projects spot the early wallet + behavior signals that show who’s about to become a real member vs who will just claim and ghost. What’s the biggest retention leak you’re seeing right now in the communities you build?

Quick thought: I used to believe that growing in Web3 was simple, just get more followers. Post consistently. Say smart things. Be early on trends. More followers = growth… right? But I started noticing something. Some accounts had thousands of followers, yet every post felt empty. Likes, maybe a few “gm” replies, then silence. At the same time, I’d see smaller accounts, where every post turned into a real conversation. People joking. Sharing their own stories. Disagreeing. Building on each other’s ideas. That’s when it hit me: There’s a big difference between having an audience and actually connecting with people. An audience is easy to collect. Drop the right alpha, ride a trend, post polished thoughts, and people follow. But most of them are just watching. They don’t know you. They don’t feel part of anything. The second you slow down, the space goes quiet. Building something real moves slower. You share things as they happen. Not polished, not perfect, just real. It could be: ○ A confusing trade you made. ○ A question you’re still figuring out. ○ Something that frustrated you today. And slowly, the replies change. Not just “nice post” but “I felt the same way.” Now it’s not content anymore. It’s a conversation. That’s when followers start turning into familiar names. And familiar names start turning into something that actually feels like community. The funny part is… The ones chasing followers are always trying to hold attention. But when you build real connection? People come back on their own. So maybe the better question isn’t: “How do I get more followers?” It’s this: Am I building something people want to stick around for or just something they scroll past?

@Mavie678 Interesting mix - but usually only a small % of users actually engage deeply with these strategies. Do you track that?

If you’re brave enough to build a startup, here’s what you should know Day 134: Before PMF, you want generalists. People who hear, “What’s the problem?” and think, “I can figure that out.” That mindset is worth more than a perfect resume.

@CryptoChartSage Makes sense - but usage patterns alone can already show which signals actually create stickiness.Happy to share - might be easier on Telegram if you prefer.

@Cardmates_co_uk Good approach - but do you see differences between high-value players and casuals in those signals? Been working on this layer across a few platforms - easier to show with real examples. Mind if I DM you?

@validator_gfi3 We focus heavily on pre-churn indicators - usage frequency, session depth, feature adoption. Surveys help explain churn, but signals help prevent it.

@deb25809 @AroNetwork Nice — but early retention can be tricky. We’ve seen cases where users look active but don’t come back after incentives fade.
