I unexpectedly lost my cat Chewy to cancer today. He meant so much to me and the viewers of my Twitch stream. I will be doing a charity stream on Sunday for cancer research through @softgiving. Rest in peace, Chewy. You brought joy to me and countless others.

@tweetsalamander Not all big investors are evil. Naked Short selling 140% is gaming the system. They're reacting to the little guys punishing Melvin capital for naked short selling.

@Valkrin So... The type of person that you say this action is aimed at hurting and who can't be trusted is now the person you're following the lead on. I see. They definitely won't screw you at the end of the ponzi.

@Valkrin Not enough money in wsb to pull it off, or enough discipline. Plus hedge fund can negotiate a direct purchase from a mutual fund that still has shares for instance.

@tweetsalamander Holding reduces the float which does impact price because of supply and demand

@Valkrin Also holding doesn't support stock price. Price is dictated by the flow. If you are holding you are actively not impacting the stock price. Taking a large % of the shares off the market can make the stock more volatile, but doesn't keep it from dropping.

@tweetsalamander If they sell, and retail investors buy and hold (which is what is happening), it still triggers the squeeze when the shorts have to cover

@Valkrin The total short interest was 140%, not Melvin alone. That's also how institutions owned more than 100% of gme stock. All the mutual fund managers have been happy to have this opportunity, I promise.
