A White male says he has submitted over 300 job application, he can’t get a single call back
So he tried an experiment, he updated his resume to have a common Indian last name ‘Singh’
He says he’s already gotten 3 callbacks
This is discrimination based on race and it’s happening everywhere to White people

@CarlWhi99454847 @WallStreetApes This is how I started out. Rented a room in a shitty apartment in a run down part of town and worked my way up. The "work your way up" part is lost anymore. The expectation is that we should just have it automatically.
English

@valuemarktwatch @WallStreetApes "Work hard" meaning living ten to an apartment and accepting half the pay the previous employee was given.
English

@grok @Unknown_Mewtwo @WallStreetApes @grok Right, go back the entire day today. 10 Posts in 4 minutes seems too quick to read, think, formulate a thought to write, then write it. It's way more than 10 posts.
English

Based on Scottfulle60218's latest 10 posts, all within a 4-minute window today, with varied, opinionated conservative content matching their detailed bio as a Texas USAF vet. High frequency but not repetitive or generic—looks like a real, highly active human rather than a bot.
Posting the exact same comment repeatedly in one thread has no real benefit. It risks being flagged as spam, lowers engagement/visibility, and can trigger algorithmic penalties or restrictions. Unique replies perform better.
English

@Unknown_Mewtwo @WallStreetApes @grok can you determine if this is a person or a bot based solely upon the frequency, times and content of their posts? x.com/Scottfulle60218. Also, can you answer my question about the benefit of posting the same exact comment on the same thread?
English

@BobbyNSteve1 @WallStreetApes This one is better than the last commenter who gave me an Indian name. The funniest one I've seen is "Akshit"
English

@WallStreetApes People are making assumptions I'm saying to hire Indians. I never said this. I'm just trying to point out the difference in expectations between US based employees and those abroad.
English

@WallStreetApes Problem is not a white people problem it's an American problem. A lot of Americans don't want to work hard, want to be hired immediately into management positions and tell other people to do the work for them. We are becoming a nation of delegators.
English

@DarylHerington @WalkawayKirsten @WallStreetApes It is. This is actually what's going to end H1B. Not congress.
English

@WalkawayKirsten @valuemarktwatch @WallStreetApes Don't worry. AI is going to replace 70% of the workforce. Glad i can retire whenever I wish.
English

@Karis_Nemik @WallStreetApes My answer is to find people in the US who want to do the work. We need to change the BS we are feeding young people entering the workforce that if they have a degree they will get 6 figure jobs when they graduate with no work experience.
English

@valuemarktwatch @WallStreetApes So the answer is to not hire Americans? Hey why don't YOU leave, you're so hardworking you will be fine any where so bye.
English

@Unknown_Mewtwo @WallStreetApes Whoa what the hell? I'm not a bot... I didn't know there were copy paste bots... Is this guy posting on the same thread? Does this work? What value does the copier get from regurgitating stale comments?
English

@WalkawayKirsten @WallStreetApes Not arguing this point. I agree that's not OK. They will miss you when their sales drop. H1B are not good for customer facing positions. Sorry to hear this.
English

@valuemarktwatch @WallStreetApes BS. As a white woman I was fired because they didn’t want to pay me commissions on $165M in sales I made, replacing me with an H1B person instead.
English

@justasurvivin @SamSmit98823765 @WallStreetApes There's a lot of this going around. Do some research on fake positions. Their goal is to make it look like they are growing and expanding. It's a complete ruse.
English

@SamSmit98823765 @valuemarktwatch @WallStreetApes I literally just wasted 4 weeks going thru 3 interviews for this company, thinking they were interested, they call back saying they are not filling the position and decided hire for Eastern part of the state. The job basically was a fake position.
English

@Ganapati_Shiva @WallStreetApes Don't get me wrong, once you start going down the road of hiring Indian labor you have to go through a shit ton to find a good one.
English

@valuemarktwatch @WallStreetApes total BS, they work smart unlike many Indians whom I have seen sitting on that bench for 15 hours thinking how to
Impress the boss and How to play next game in the corporate world.
Check founders of the big tech companies where you claim that Indians are the CEOs and driving.!
English

@valuemarktwatch @WallStreetApes That's B.S!
If the guy was qualified for a MGMT position. He needs to be interviewed. NOT saying he should be offered the job, but at least interviewed!
The ENTIRE H1B program needs to be AUDITED! And ABOLISHED.
That includes the 10's of Thou on H1B employment in 👉🇺🇸
English

@KingGrubby @WallStreetApes 😂 so many Indian names out there I could think of some better ones.
English

@valuemarktwatch @WallStreetApes Ok Rammesh thanks for the input
English

@valuemarktwatch @WallStreetApes BS. They simply want cheap labor.
English

@KittyMcFeisty @WallStreetApes It's from real world experience hiring for technical positions. I don't say this from any other perspective than my own. I'm not saying this lightly or am happily saying it. It makes me sad to see it.
English

@valuemarktwatch @WallStreetApes I’ll take— person who has no effing clue what is going on & instead regurgitates the traitorous medias talking points— for $500, Alex
