Still sleeting far to our south. Good sign for western NC that their ice storm may not be extreme & a good sign for western Va that we might hang onto sleet for several more hours instead of freezing rain. SW Va west of I-77 is outside core of cold wedge & has had significant ice

@le_chadd One thing we don’t talk about is that it’s really like three reports. The first report to the whole room. Age, story, what you did. Short and just what they need to get to work. Then to the attending doc or trauma surgeon, I’ll add in some color, answer questions…

Unpopular opinion, I prefer the side rails ⬇️ on the stretcher (left). Putting them down is a task done on every call. It's more efficient and one less task to perform.
