ENGENE, a ticketmaster está aplicando a taxa de 20% sobre o valor total do pacote vip (ex: R$ 2.600), e não sobre o valor nominal do ingresso. isso gera taxas de mais de R$ 500, o que é um absurdo.
O artigo 39, do código de defesa do consumidor proíbe que empresas exijam vantagem manifestamente excessiva. o serviço de emitir um ingresso É O MESMO PARA QUALQUER SETOR, não há justificativa técnica para a taxa subir só porque o pacote inclui benefícios extras.
Precisamos nos mobilizar. registrem queixa no consumidor.gov.br e no procon contra a Ticketmaster e marquem o @cortezpsol para nos ajudar!

first few days i thought belift was handling this whole situation very poorly. a week later i started thinking they were simply ‘taking the blame’ and being vague on purpose. after over a month i realize it’s precisely what it is, they’re handling this exactly how it favors them (and hee tbh). the more people talk about it the better, it creates excitement for his debut and stops many from feeling disappointed by his choice cause they’ll never see it as such 🤷🏻♀️
