AITA for letting my sisters ed trigger my relapse like i struggled with an ed for most my childhood, but recently recovered my 13 year old sister very clearly developed an ed and now its triggered me into relapsing am i a bad sister how do i help her

i need help im like quite sure my sister has an eating disorder my mom is basically promoting it because my sister used to be overweight but now shes very thin she just turned 13 i dont know what to do
