I got to work on both Milk Cups and I’m sad to see it go, but based on what I’m reading, people are VASTLY underestimating the immense cost and work that goes into securing a sponsorship of that size and executing a tournament of this magnitude. 🧵

If @FruityINC were to host a women’s tourney every other month and the prize pool was like this with no entry fee.
$250 / $125 to each player for first place.
$150 / $75 to each second place player.
$100 / $50 to each third place player.
Or like this with a $10 entry fee (duos)
$350 / $175 for first place players.
$200 / $100 for second place players.
$100 / $50 for each third place players.
$50 / $25 for each fourth place players.

unfortunate that milk cup was canceled bc it truly was a wonderful opportunity for women in the competitive fortnite space to grow and show their skills but at least i don’t have to hear about transphobic girls and nonblack girls who say nigga !!
