When signaled to stop, the rider attempted to flee, driving in a rash and negligent manner, posing a serious threat to public safety. Based on the complaint filed by a police constable, four accused persons were identified and booked under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and the Motor Vehicles Act for reckless driving and traffic violations.
