My meals are always just charcuterie boards basically I love it tho

Sandwich- baked sourdough bread with hummus+ skyr and herbs(mint and garlic and dill), sliced apple, fresh mozzarella, sprouts, spinach, and a tiny bit of cranberry !! Then on the side is sea salt olive oil crackers+ cheddar jack cheese, a date, and dark chocolate almonds<3

@mercycalories Guys I spent my whole summer at the hospital. before that I had to cover up cuz my parents didnt want me to scare kids &embarass my siblings By the time it was summer I was bed ridden in hospital, had to wear a diaper,couldnt move, away for 6 months Its not all sunshine& rainbows

The only thing I remember from this time is how I accidentally p33d myself everyday because my pelvic floor was so weak and I didnt have any function at all and how I had to pick up my legs with my hands to get into a car and random stuff like that

recovering is not just weight restoring it's also fixing your mind and getting your brain back to thinking properly
