I hate the term "brutal honesty." What's wrong with kind honesty? I don't give "brutally honest" notes. I give constructive - and HONEST - notes. Kindness and honesty are not mutually exclusive; on the contrary, they complement each other. #screenwriting

Just ran for my fucking life with all my holiday luggage to catch a train and was sweating and coughing while trying to convince my fellow passengers I don’t have covid, but my Fitbit says I burned 200 calories in the process, so at least there’s that

It’s incredible how little caffeine I need when I actually sleep 😲

Alabama, one of America’s most heavily Black states, did not even start integrating its schools until 1964, a full decade after Brown v. Board of Education, and still permits school segregation in its state constitution.

Schools “can’t enforce masks” but sure did enforce not letting us wear shorts or spaghetti straps.
