Most Americans have racial preferences when it comes to dating. I still remember talking to Amanda Bradford, founder of the dating app The League, back in 2017. She told me straight up that the single most requested app feature was race filter.
To single this girl out for being “racist” is asinine as MILLIONS of Americans have similar views, albeit not expressed in such a public manner.
It would be awesome if humans were truly colorblind but that’s impossible because our brains were literally wired by evolution to recognize physical differences between people & adapt accordingly. It’s how our ancestors survived. Racial stereotypes are simply politically incorrect generalizations that are largely true at the aggregate level.
This is to say that people have the right to racially discriminate in their personal lives (e.g. friends, dating, where they live) provided that they’re not violating the law or hurting others.
Everyone needs to just chill the F out regarding this video.
