I’m having a panic attack

I really would like to continue to engage with the sw community here online and just generally use social media but I don’t think can go on the internet now for another 4 years (if we live that long). I feel so sick to my stomach for how worse off the entire planet will be now

just don’t see how this won’t mean the fall of Ukraine, the expansion of war in Europe as result, and thus the risk of nuclear holocaust expanding exponentially. The world could quite literally end.
