Sadly, if her organs were taken,bas reported, she did NOT die in her sleep as the hospital killed her.
In this case the sedative is kept weak so as not to affect the organs that have already been contracted out in the market bringing in 2 million dollars.
Most 'organ donors' wake up as the vital organs are cut out, and then die in agony due to lacking vital organs.

The United States has intentions to take control of the Nord Stream gas pipelines as part of wider efforts to control global energy markets, Russia’s Foreign Minister said on Thursday. Speaking in Moscow, Sergei Lavrov claimed the pipeline, which had previously transported Russian gas to Europe, was sabotaged in 2023 by Ukrainians with the knowledge of Western secret services. One immediately volunteered $1.2 billion because refusing Putin's "voluntary contributions" request is not exactly an option when you're that rich in Russia. The cunning Jeffey Epstein, who had intelligence ties to the Anglos and Israel, was eager to work with a Russian woman from a long-standing soviet spy family. Epstein must have been aware she's likely spying on him. The Russians must have been aware he could be spying against them. Anybody who has ever partied with Epstein must have assumed there is spying going on. Russia's baseline procedure is: Infiltrate the West and Israel, get compromising material and use it to acquire valuable secret information and influence high-level people's decisions. But something was off. It was too easy for Russia to get into Jeff's circle. Too good to be true. There are limited scenarios. Jeff may have been used by Western elites and Israel as a long-standing asset; mainly to give misleading impressions to Russia. If Russia was gathering tainted intel from Jeff and his party friends, a false picture may have resulted from that. Russia miscalculated how much influence it could wield over the West. Miscalculations of that size may have led to Russia misallocate and plan poorly. If Epstein was primarily a Russian asset, this would have been easy to detect early. He could have been turned or eliminated. But there is a much bigger theoretical scenario. It is stupid for the superpowers to really compete with each other. It is prefereable to have a secret cartel and dismantle normal countries. The Soviets had super-compromising info about the most powerful Anglo aristocratic cluster through Lord Louis Mountbatten who was a gay p*do and had a communist wife. Mountbatten had sent a soviet spy to gather stacks of aristocratic intel files from castles in Germany after WWII. But: the socialist/Bolshevik movement before the revolution in Russia had been infiltrated heavily by European aristocratic intel of the cluster, plus by spies of the tsar who was from the same cluster.
