They aren't mocking Ronaldo, The fans and supporters are celebrating Spain's victory. Growing up, Yeremy Pino idolised Ronaldo, and even built his playing style around the idea of the Portuguese star. So it's like a nickname he grew with in his hometown. It's clear that the Presenter (most likely a Messi supporter) threw a cheeky dig at Ronaldo by saying "They used to call him Cristiano, but he's the one who has the world cup". This doesn't mean that the Spanish supporters are mocking Ronaldo, nor does it mean that Yeremy Pino is throwing shades at his 'Idol'. Spanish supporters are mixed, there are enough Madridstas as much as Curlers, even in Spain, Ronaldo is highly regarded 💯 I've always known you Kombo to thrive off hate, lies and envy😂 The least you could have done is helping your audience with a translation of what was said.
