More people eat for pleasure than the fact they're hungry
Hence you get a massive sea of fat people as they just love food so much
You're not as hungry as you think you are.
Eating food is an easy way to make yourself feel better short-term
But, if you zoom out of the narrative, you feel shit for over-eating
You must develop the willpower and discipline to say 'no'
1) Start budgeting with your calories i.e. have a budget of 2,000 a day, eat whatever but you cannot go over it
2) Change your environment - Get out of the house, go for a walk, or don't buy it in the 1st place
3) Ask yourself if you are actually hungry or are you bored, stressed or upset?
If so, find another way of dealing with it
Find out the cause of it, and fix it

@jaydenleept I can tell how horrible it must be.
What I like to listen to while working out and driving is phonk mainly, but I also like aesthetic (summer) rap.
What about you bro?

@jaydenleept Nice post!
I recently saw a new study showing that certain exercises can be done with a certain ROM (not full) for better muscle fiber hyperthrophy.
I don’t have the link to the website anymore, but maybe you want to research about it.
It’s about strech-mediated-hypertrophy.
English

For muscular hypertrophy, a full ROM is vital
If you're not doing it, you're leaving gains on the table
ROM (Range of Motion) is the complete movement of a muscle or joint during an exercise
If my leg paused in the middle, that's a partial ROM
As I am not fully extending or flexing my leg
You must do it for these reasons:
1) You utilise the ENTIRE muscle recruiting other muscle fibres to assist the weight
2) Increase the time under tension
3) Achieve a stretch within the muscle (both the contraction & the stretch is vital for growth)
Bonus: joint health and flexibility improve
Couple this with consistency, good rest, quality sessions and you'll get jacked
