One of the best games I've played so far from Tokyo Game Market 2025 is Bean to Bar from @analog_lunchbox. The theme (chocolatiers who engage in the full cycle of making chocolate bars, from sourcing beans to marketing and selling) turns a heavy economic Euro into a thematic joy.
