hai yes !!! venti does quite do it a lot in canon but also i noticed when venti's smiles sometimes he has a squint 2 his eyes he doesn't normally have which inspired my hc his eyes crinkle when he smiles !!!!

@700kdpr i think it’s bc he knows albedo is doing alchemy on durin, that will lead to durin becoming human, that will lead to mondstadt having a new citizen and that will lead to barbatos having a new person to protect under his wing. so venti is glowing because he’s expecting a child
