@Martyupnorth_2 Marty can you correlate rejected ballots to riding that were close compared to ridings that were not. In other words were ballots rejected in the close ridings
English

This is one of the craziest visuals I've seen in a while.
This is the percentage of rejected ballots for each riding from the 2025 Canadian federal election, sorted from west to east. I basically attempted to match the country's geography.
The blue boxes are all the ridings in Quebec.
It is statistically improbable that one province would have rejected ballots at a rate that is an order of magnitude above all the other 9 provinces.
Either there is some cheating, or Quebecers are morons who don't know how to properly make a simple checkmark on a paper ballot.

@Rainmaker1973 Not a check valve this is a flow reduction mechanism. It is neither “check” or “valve”

@Martyupnorth_2 Although it may seem like he went too far maybe it’s intentional. Maybe his way of getting us to grow a pair and stand up for the great country we once had. National pride is dead and if it takes him taunting us to turn that around I’ll play along.

@RobSomerville1 @Cstein00794427 So you need the capital cost of another vehicle for those excursions which for me doesn’t make a lot of sense.

@RobSomerville1 @Cstein00794427 Fair enough. My assumptions based on what things look like today. Your assumptions are based on summer conditions. Don’t get me wrong electric vehicle technology is great and will get better. Currently for me it doesn’t work on a -30 Jan day because I can’t get to town and back…

@JohnHurkot @RobSomerville1 @Cstein00794427 Guessing a truck battery is gonna cost more than a little commuter car

English

@RobSomerville1 @Cstein00794427 $80,000 battery and after 5 yrs it’s half used up the cost/yr for battery $8000/yr. At 30,000 km/yr that’s $0.27/km. At stated 3.5L/100km the electricity costs you roughly $0.05/km. Total operating cost is $0.32/km. My 6.2 gas at 10L/100 costs about 1/2 or $0.15/km

@KevinBooth68 Keln Solar drainback system. Solar and/or wind powered. No heater. No “Mess”. I also have the new Ritchies. So far like the Keln system better. -40C/-55C wind chill and his morning.
