@vasanthrami1143@AirFranceFR@airfrance I agree. this has been the WORST “customer service”, ie: non-existent! I’ve ever experienced. extended my Paris trip, waiting in luggage. Still nothing after six days and zero help
Absolutely pissed off with @AirFranceFR There is no update on missing baggage complaint for 9 days and my entire trip is ruined. Zero support from @airfrance on tracking the baggage despite multiple follow-ups.

I don't have photos of my luggage, I just have bag tag number and receipt number.
I don't have GPS tracker in my luggage

You will then be assisted on how to proceed.
