The Scam around subvention schemes is the most under-mentioned. Select lenders and builders have colluded to screw many homebuyers. Little or no construction done - but banks disbursed 80% of loan amount to builder on behalf of buyer. Builder defaults - bank chases buyer for EMI.

Infact I want media to continue to do more for awareness. I am one of the folks who bought from them with a supposed handover on 2019 and nothing has happened .
