Police can use them, some security can hold them, military can use them ... so people who are trained, licensed etc can. Yet we still have shootings by people who shouldn't have them !!

@GMB Anything that can kill you in 60 seconds should not be allowed. They are not meant to be around families they are fighting dogs and the wrong type are attracted because of this. You do not see a Labrador in a grime etc video.

@hayleyhello @GMB There is a breeding license but it is only for pedigree dogs, anyone can mix any breed they like hence why we have cockerpoo's! They are not a pedigree dog there is no real history on these dogs. Beagles, labradors, doberman's etc history goes back for years.

@GMB Nope a dog licence should be brought in and also breeding licence. Training should be compulsory so oweners are taught how to look after and train their dogs.

@GMB Adopt and avoid bred dogs, pedigrees have so many faults bred into them. A nice bouncy lurcher cross might not look "ard" but brings so much love.

@GMB I feel Ranvir was absolutely not the right person to interview this subject she has already made her opinion very clear, I see far more little dogs being aggressive but because they can be picked up or when they do bite its not as damaging, this is not reported
