@guyinpv There should absolutely be either an "Unsubscribe" or "Manage Emails" link at the bottom. What is the subject of one of these emails?

@vaultpress You guys grabbed our email via JetPack/WP account and won't stop emailing, you don't provide an unsubscribe link and it's scaring clients. CAN-SPAM says provide unsub link! You are sending "RED ALERT" emails to clients who don't even use you and we can't unsub.

A large number of VaultPress subscription emails were sent in error. We're working on fixing this now, and things should be resolved within the next few hours.

@techvenkat As long as you're using the same WordPress.com account, the transition will be seamless and only new changes will be added to the existing backup.

@techvenkat That was a months-old draft post containing inaccurate information and which was published in error. We removed as soon as we noticed it.

@creativezonecom Your support ticket is still in our queue. It appears you keep on sending new replies, which moves your ticket back to the bottom of the queue each time before we can get to it. Please don't send any more replies until you hear from us. Someone should get to it soon.

@vaultpress working on gagasisterhood.com -- the issue is that there is a dup account under gagasisterhood.com/old - they bought Vaultpress under /old - your techs converted to combine -- but license still is under /old - and it is expiring -- client wants to renew correct account

@vaultpress Trying for days to reach VaultPress re client site and dup account issue -- account expiring and they want to pay you money -- we get reply our email is received--but nothing happens and no one is communicating with me -- how can we reach you and resolve this?

@mbootsman A large number of VaultPress subscription emails were sent in error, including for some inactive sites. We've already fixed the issue that caused this to happen, and you can safely ignore these. Sorry for any inconvenience.

@techvenkat There are no issues on our end that would prevent you from logging in, no. Please try clearing your browser cache and see if that helps.
