Caught #TheDevilWearsPrada2 @_PVRCinemas #Superplex #PXL #Bengaluru 🎬✨ 3rd visit and I can confidently say — this is hands down the BEST PXL screen in the city! The colours are insanely vibrant and #DolbyAtmos is great!😍🔥 #PVRCinemas really did a great job with this one!

#TheDevilWearsPrada2 What an awesome fun energetic time at the Cinemas !! Leave everything you r doing and go for this one right now ! Period. Besides being an outstanding movie, the movies (Both 1 and 2) should be studied in Film school on how to keep a movie < 2 hrs and still pace it so well, execute it so efficiently that as an audience we feel a lifetime of cinematic experience. It keeps things light-hearted, does many nostalgic callbacks, writes clever humor, takes acceptable minor risks with characters, and expands the canvas for a scenic experience. The sequel particularly is designed to be a collective experience - so if you are in a housefull Audi it will be Lit AF. The Exuding warmth of the lovely characters as if they are our own is pure magic of cinema. Side note: Emily being 'Emily' deserves a Spin-off of her own 😀 Its unfortunate that the movie got released in very few premium cinemas in BLR as it truly deserves the best projection for the Spectacle of the fashion world it displays on screen Here are some of my choices for this weekend's preferred venues for #DWP2 where I plan for take 2: INOX M5 Mall : Onyx LED in Dine-in 12:05 PM PVR Bhartiya Mall: The only PXL in city showing #DWP2 9:20 am Cinepolis Royal Meenaxi Mall: Flagship 4K Laser in Audi 1 : 12.30 pm PVR Orion Mall: Their sharpest prettiest colors are in Audi 11: 10.00 pm (or Audi 4 at 1.00 pm for largest crowd experience) Note: My first viewing yestrday was in PVR Vaishnavi Sapphire Mall (Basic Xenon Projection). Its Screen 1 (12.15, 6:50) is outstanding big for the tiny Audi size and delivered a very immersive experience.

Dear @qubecinema I put my hat down to you in deep respect for @epiqcinema Luxon. THIS IS THE BEST AND GREATEST SCREEN IN HYDERABAD. Our jaw dropped on the floor, @iamshreytyagi got so emotional seeing this quality. Almost in tears of joy. NOBODY, nobody does it BETTER. The sound, so well tuned, so calibrated, deep and such clean and impactful bass. Visuals are so crisp, out of the world, the deep blacks are so deep, you can’t figure out where the bars are. It’s Heaven man, it’s Heaven. I have never seen anything like this ever, even at Dolby Cinema, even at ONYX (two ONYX venues in Delhi) Oh man, let me process this HDR - @AdityaDharFilms will jump with joy to see #DhurandharTheRevenge here.

part of many films, an iconic place, right in heart of Hyderabad, adjacent to Secretariat Building with a huge fan following… here is Prasad’s Multiplex and it’s evergreen #PCX screen (former GT IMAX), I am excited to see this screen for a full film… I was able to witness #ProjectHailMary for few minutes here and please to inform that it offers better picture quality compared to IMAX Laser screens. I have also seen Dune3 Trailer and it was enthralling. though it was a quick & short visit but I am excited to see more films here to assess this screen better. #HyderabadWithParth

Sci-fi films, these days, try to awe us with visions of the apocalypse, or else they depress us with visions of dystopia. They try to be intellectual, and sometimes, they try to be profound. In this climate, 'Project Hail Mary' does something so basic that it seems revolutionary. The opening scenes are all about “earth is going to be destroyed”, but soon after, the film turns into the most unexpected buddy movie. The elevator pitch is “Ryan Gosling bonds with an alien to save the universe, and let’s make this with a mix of Spielbergian optimism and the heartwarming humour of Pixar at their peak”. This is easily the best-est time I’ve had at the movies this year. The visual effects are beautifully done, but they are not overwhelming. And the decision to have a non-linear screenplay pays off brilliantly towards the end, because the protagonist is not a space stud. The lesson, if there is one, is that we sometimes need to be pushed in order to realise our potential. Others may see us more clearly than we do. As the alien would say: amaze, amaze, amaze!

Watched #TheDrama at Inox Megaplex: Mall of Asia, Bengaluru, in Insignia Audi 12. It has a flat 1.85:1 AR screen, and the movie looked v good with solid audio. Crisp and bright projection all around, with the small exception of a v distracting ambient light bleed onto the screen

#TheDrama movie being of Flat Aspect ratio, can be experienced best if it gets scheduled in any of the 3 flat screens at @amb_cinemas Kapali. But till now it's not been listed. Will wait and see. Meanwhile it's listed in the Dine In Onyx screen at INOX, M5 E- City Mall. This is a great option too as it's a flat screen (you will have to ignore the shitty restaurant ambience). @_PVRCinemas
