@_PVRCinemas I've attached my ticket screenshots as proof. I hope PVR Cinemas takes this complaint seriously and provides a proper resolution. I'm not blaming the employees, actually this pure PVT management mistake for not taking proper maintenance of the screens and projectors.

@_PVRCinemas (1/3) Very disappointed with my experience at PVR ECR Heritage,today. I had booked two back-to-back movies Anbe Diana (9:00 AM) and Odyssey (12:00 PM). After reaching the theatre, the first show was cancelled due to a technical issue. The only response was sorry.

@_PVRCinemas (3/3)and today the experience was even worse. Customers deserve better. In such situations, PVR should either arrange an alternate screen or provide compensation such as movie vouchers or food coupons instead of offering only an apology.

@_PVRCinemas (2/3) This left us waiting nearly 3 hours, wasting our valuable time and transportation costs. A refund alone doesn't compensate for the inconvenience. This isn't the first time either. PVR regularly delays shows by 15–20 minutes with excessive advertisements,
