Revising the workforce plan a key priority (might mention PGDs too🤔). If we're to have an effective voice, #ODPs need to join their professional body en mass codp.org.uk

Please stop reaching for cannulas in cardiac arrests…. Go for the Intra osseous kit Access can be achieved in under 30 seconds for skilled users, & all drugs can be put through it. NB: don’t take blood samples, as it will often trash your analyser!
