A honey roast is an opportunity to say all the wonderful things about a person completely free from ridicule and criticism. It's an impactful way to make people seen and have a shared moment of gratitude.

We pick a random Clockworker every two weeks and roast them at our all hands meeting. It's not the kind of roast you might be thinking.
